Broker will review a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of property with Seller. The property will be listed with the Triangle Multiple Listing Service (TMLS) with multiple digital pictures. Property will be posted on Relator.com Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, Home Finder, Yahoo Real Estate and over 900 other popular Real Estate websites. Centralized Showing Services (CSS) will schedule appointments; contact Seller with showing requests, provide broker feedback on showings and a lockbox will be installed for easy access to property. A Faith Real Estate Group, LLC company sign, professional flyer box and custom flyers will be provided for additional information, on the property. A sample of all required real estate forms will be provided to Seller for review.
Marketing Plus Package- Exclusive Agency OUR MOST POPULAR PACKAGE: $1,999 paid upfront and is not refundable, 1% of Final Sales Price (Minimum of $3,000) to be paid at closing plus any Buyer’s Agent Fee to be paid at closing.
Seller will receive everything in the Basic Marketing Package in addition to the following services:
Faith Real Estate Group, LLC will act as FULL SERVICE real estate firm for the entire transaction and hold Earnest Money Deposit in company trust account.
Broker will negotiate the Offer to Purchase on Seller’s behalf; follow-up with Buyer’s Agent to make sure loan application was submitted and buyers are pre-qualified for a minimum of List price of property; coordinate home inspection and appraisal.
Exclusive Right Full Service Listing: 6% of Sales Price (3.5% to Buyer & 2.5% to Seller’s Agent).
